Position Accountability Statement
Accountable for reviewing and analyzing on new and existing products for development and/or
enhancement.

Job Description
- Collates data, analyzes and recommends data and procedures to be used for regular and ad hoc reports, and other actuarial studies
- Reviews and responds to queries and inquiries on new and existing products as escalated by staff
- Recommends finalization or revision of the submitted report.
- Forwards finalized reports on existing products to the Manager for disposition.
- Discussed with concerned departments and requisitioning body on new product be developed and finalizes new product design as a result of the monitoring.
- Improves the draft submitted by the Actuarial Assistant / Actuarial Supervisor on product design and implementation
- Monitors and oversees automation projects of the team ☑
- Collaborates with ICT or the Provider on automation projects affecting Actuarial Product Development Team
- Reviews, recommends changes or updates on departmental desk manual which includes policies, procedures, guideline, work instructions and process flow
- Reviews and recommends changes and improvement and guidelines for the team
- Participates during third party and in-house audit walkthroughs on regular reports
Duties And Responsibilities Done At IRREGULAR Or INTERMITTENT Intervals
- Collaborates with concerned departments and requisitioning body on new products to be developed and finalizes product design as a result of the meetings
- Reviews and forwards drafts of memoranda on new and existing products to Immediate
- Superior for comments, finalization and approval, send emails on these to all concerned departments
- Reviews and recommends responses on queries and inquiries on new and existing products to the Actuarial Supervisor / Actuarial Assistant for the as needed
- Conducts roll-out or product orientation on new and existing products
- Reviews, analyzes, resolves or escalates to Manager, AVP or VP any issues which may arise from the requested deliverable
- Reviews reports submitted by Supervisor and requests revision, if necessary

MINIMUM Educational Level And Background Required By This POSITION
College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably:
Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics

being assigned to and perform the functions of this job, SATISFACTORILY under NORMAL
