Responsible for providing accounting and administrative services.

This function includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures in a timely and appropriate manner.
Ensures effective, efficient and accurate financial operations.
Ensures vendors, suppliers, and other requests are all paid with the correct amount and its within the within the timeline.
Responsible in maintaining records, monitoring, and preparation of schedules of the GL Accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting
With years of experience in AP and / or bookkeeping
With exposure to accounting software.
