Job Description

As a Fund Administration Intern, you will be responsible for duties and responsibilities normally associated with the position, which include, but are not limited to, supporting the team with administrative and learning-focused tasks while gaining exposure to fund accounting and reporting processes. This role is designed to help you build skills in organization, documentation, and teamwork in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing working papers, schedules, and team files.
• Assist in updating and maintaining trackers for tasks, reports, and audit requirements.
• Participate in learning sessions, shadowing fund administration processes, and team discussions.
• Provide administrative support such as organizing files and preparing reports.
  
  

Requirements

Job Specifications:

• Currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
