About The Role
We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Officer or Account Officer to manage client accounts, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales of foreign exchange products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and new business opportunities
- Present and promote products and services
- Support foreign exchange transactions and account requirements
- Assist with pricing and booking activities
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor sales and account activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, banking, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience in financial products or forex is an advantage
