Mondo Cucina, Inc. is seeking a motivated Account Officer to manage client accounts, monitor sales performance, and support business development activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring accurate account management.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Prepare sales reports, account summaries, and performance metrics.
• Monitor receivables and coordinate with finance for billing and collections.
• Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and meeting KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth account management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and account activities.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in account management, sales support, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
