Job Description
- Lead daily pre-sales activity to drive revenue growth through utilizing effective pipeline management and proactive client engagement monitoring.
- Prepare, submit, and verify the completeness of all required documentation for successful account closure.
- Draft and justify client ex-gratia claim requests for review and approval by the immediate superior. .
- Monitor account compliance with Know your customer (KYC) requirements and provide regular reports to the Business development manager.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing accounts, addressing client concerns and evaluating renewal recommendations.
- Oversees and supports assigned intermediaries through regular meetings focusing on pipeline updates, account concerns, and policy changes.
- Prepare and submit accurate, complete, and timely account management reports to the Business Development Manager.
- Provide regular status updates on assigned projects to the AVP for Unit 8, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
