Job Description

Coordinate and manage all operational requirements across assigned properties.
Implement and monitor standardised policies and procedures to maximise efficiency.
Serve as the primary liaison between partners, clients, and internal departments.
Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in property management, hospitality operations, or account management.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of hospitality operations and process improvement is a plus.
