The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the luxury goods sector, including watches, luxury pens, and other high-end products. The role involves managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling luxury watches, pens, and other premium products to existing and potential clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to meet their needs and preferences.
Provide clients with detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products, including their unique selling points, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and stay connected with key industry players.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
Must have atleast 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, experience in handling luxury goods sector (watches, pens, jewelry, etc.) is an advantage
With proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
