What The Day Will Look Like

Client & Account Management Support

  • Act as a day‑to‑day contact for HR/Benefits teams of assigned corporate clients, under the guidance of the Account Manager/Client Director.
  • Gather and validate employee census, plan design, and utilization data needed for renewals, marketing, and program changes.
  • Assist in preparing renewal strategies, benefit design options, and pricing scenarios for:
    • HMO / medical plans
    • Group life & accident
    • Wellness, APE/APE+ programs, and other health‑related solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations (onsite/virtual), taking notes and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate implementation of approved changes (plan revisions, provider changes, card issuance, APE campaigns, etc.).
Policy / Program Administration

  • Coordinate with HMO/insurer/clinic partners and internal operations for:
    • Enrollment and eligibility (additions/deletions, qualified dependents, retirees).
    • Card / e‑card and provider list distribution.
    • Billing and reconciliation (premium statements vs. census; resolution of discrepancies).
  • Track and follow through on service issues:
    • Denied claims, LOA/GL issues, APE scheduling, provider access, network questions.
  • Maintain updated client files, policy documents, contracts, endorsements, and correspondence in the designated systems.
Claims, Utilization & Analytics Support

  • Coordinate claims and utilization data requests with providers and the Analytics team.
  • Support preparation of experience reviews and health analytics:
    • Loss ratio summaries
    • Top diagnoses / cost drivers
    • OP vs IP mix, employee vs dependent usage
    • APE utilization, wellness participation.
  • Assist in turning analytics into actionable talking points for clients (e.g., plan design options, wellness initiatives, cost‑containment levers).
Compliance, Governance & Quality

  • Ensure all activities comply with:
    • Insurance Commission and Philippine regulatory requirements.
    • Data Privacy Act of 2012 and internal data‑privacy protocols.
    • Company standards for documentation, approvals, and audit trails.
Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with:
    • Account Management for strategy and client communication.
    • Analytics for pricing inputs and health insights.
    • Operations and Claims for enrollment, billing, and escalations.
    • Finance for premium tracking and collections support.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Candidates with a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (graduate of any 4 – year course)
  • Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
