The Technology Consultant partners with customers to help design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that support business objectives. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, working across stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes and drive successful adoption of technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the lifecycle of technology initiatives
Works closely with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, goals, and requirements
Communicates complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner
Builds strong, long‑term relationships through effective collaboration and delivery
Technical Solution Delivery
Contributes to the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned to customer needs
Supports planning, execution, and delivery of projects across assigned accounts or engagements
Applies technical expertise to help solve complex problems and unblock delivery challenges
Ensures solutions are implemented following best practices and quality standards
Planning & Execution
Participates in project planning, scope definition, and prioritization of workstreams
Coordinates with cross‑functional teams (e.g. engineering, delivery, support, partners) to deliver outcomes
Tracks progress against milestones and supports timely resolution of risks or issues
Assists in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and value realization
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Works collaboratively with internal teams and partner resources to deliver customer outcomes
Shares insights, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve future engagements
Escalates issues appropriately and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives
Industry & Solution Awareness
Maintains a working understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, and industry trends
Applies industry knowledge to support informed discussions and solution alignment
Keeps skills current through training, certifications, and ongoing learning
Qualifications
Experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, or a customer‑facing technical role
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work across both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Comfortable managing ambiguity in complex project environments
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
