About The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Talent Management team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, supporting creators and clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Support Talent Managers in the execution of creator campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and day-to-day talent operations.
Work closely with creators to coordinate campaign requirements, content deliverables, reporting, and project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Serve as a primary point of contact for creators regarding campaign updates, deliverables, scheduling, and administrative requirements.
Manage and execute gifting and product seeding logistics, including compiling creator send-out lists, coordinating shipping details, and liaising with brands and partners.
Provide ongoing support to creators and contribute to their growth and development by maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring a positive creator experience.
Support creators during events, photoshoots, brand activations, and content productions, including capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) content when required.
Assist in identifying and scouting emerging creators, talent opportunities, and potential brand partnerships to support the growth of the Talent division.
Monitor and stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and creator developments across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and other emerging social media platforms.
Identify inbound opportunities across Amplify's creator roster and assist in matching creators with relevant campaigns and partnership opportunities.
Support client-facing activities, including preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with commercial discussions and service agreements.
Collaborate closely with Amplify's Partnerships, Campaign Management, and Production teams to develop and execute talent-led campaigns and commercial opportunities.
Maintain accurate campaign documentation, creator records, reports, and project trackers.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth communication between creators, clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media, digital marketing, advertising, or related industries.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional and confident when communicating with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Experience using Slack, Notion, Monday.com, Asana, or similar collaboration tools is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support regional campaigns and events.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with influencers, content creators, agencies, brands, or media companies.
Basic understanding of influencer marketing campaign reporting and performance metrics.
Experience supporting remote teams and cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with content creation workflows and social media trends.
