• Experience in software sales or sales training
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
• Skilled in creating and delivering training content
• Passionate about training and developing people
• Organized, adaptable, and results-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in sales training is a plus
