Job Description

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Implement and maintain the companys ERM framework in compliance with BSP guidelines.
• Manage and update the Company Risk Registry and facilitate risk assessments across business units.
• Develop and track mitigation plans for identified risks.
  
  
  

• Prepare and submit risk dashboards and reports to leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Escalate material risks and incidents to Board Committees as required.
  
  
  

• Draft, update, and maintain the ERM Manual, Risk Appetite Statements, and BCP/DRP documentation.
• Ensure alignment of risk governance policies with BSP, SEC, and NPC standards.
  
  
  

• Coordinate and support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan testing.
• Conduct annual stress tests and scenario analyses.
  
  
  

• Develop and deliver risk awareness programs and training modules.
• Lead at least two company-wide risk training sessions annually.
  
  
  

• Monitor, assess, and escalate fintech, cyber, vendor, and operational risks.
• Ensure proper logging, investigation, and resolution of all incidents.
  
  
  

• Provide risk assessments on new products, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Assist with annual governance risk assessments for SEC/BSP requirements.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or related field (Masters/ERM certifications a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in fintech or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong familiarity with BSP, SEC, AMLC, and NPC regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for management and board-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
