Apply now for the Quality Specialist position and play a key role in supporting continuous implementation of the Quality & Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety (QT&EHS) management system process as per international standards, statutory and global QT&EHS requirements for countries.

Your Role:

• You will assist the team to maintain and implement QT & EHS management system in accordance with company Quality and EHS policy, local mandates, and other requirements.
• You will assist in preparation of QT&EHS and RA documents, procedures, and training materials.
• You will assist in FDA dossier preparation and registration of Siemens Healthineers products.
• You will assist in internal and external audits including supplier audits, customer audits, ISO 9001, and local government audits (FDA, PNRI, etc.).
• You will assist in the implementation of QT&EHS projects and activities.
• You will facilitate data extraction and compilation for functional reporting and analytics.
• You will carry out other duties as required.
• You will keep abreast with the DOH FDA regulations & updates concerning medical devices and DOLE OSH requirements.
• You will drive process improvement within the company as the quality person and ensure quality compliance.
• You will build and maintain relationship with key regulators.
  
  

Your Expertise:

• You hold a degree in Science or Engineering.
• You have minimum of 3 years experience in quality and regulatory.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• You have experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) process and regulations would be an advantage although not necessary.
