Project Engineer

Job description:

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in our office in the Phillippines.

Target

Manage assigned projects comprehensively, ensuring the achievement of technical, economic, and schedule objectives, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with current legislation and Reganosa’s corporate policies.

Roles

• Project execution: Implement approved plans, projects, and studies, proposing development strategies and advising clients in the management and coordination of all phases.

• Contractor selection: Propose and coordinate the approval of engineering and construction companies, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs.

• Documentation and authorizations: Prepare and keep updated the required technical and administrative documentation (material and energy balances, permits, authorizations, monitoring reports, etc.).

• Economic management and planning: Analyze project feasibility, prepare plans and budgets, monitor execution, and apply corrective measures in case of deviations.

• Technological innovation: Collaborate with the development area and the Project Manager in defining and implementing new technologies and analyzing the state of the art.

• Client relations and business continuity: Promote customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities for service improvement and continuity.

• Strategic and regulatory compliance: Deploy Reganosa’s policies and objectives, ensure health and safety at work, and comply with emergency plans.

Education

• University degree in Engineering (Master’s degree or equivalent)..
• Knowledge of Project Control (planning and cost control).
• Technical competence to interpret:

1. 1. Material and energy balances
   2. P&ID and PFD diagrams
   3. Equipment and line lists, etc.

• Desirable in management systems:

1. 1. ERP systems (preferably SAP)
   2. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project or similar)
   3. Process simulators (HYSYS or similar)
   4. Microsoft Project or equivalent
   5. AutoCAD

Languages:

• High level of English (C1).
