Lead and oversee plant production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost targets are met. Drive operational performance through effective planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives while leading and developing high-performing teams to support business objectives and sustainable growth.

As part of the Production team, you will lead a diverse and dynamic workforce dedicated to delivering operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure efficient production processes and continuous improvement across the plant.

  • As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. 
  • You will oversee daily plant activities, including production planning, execution, maintenance coordination, and resource management to meet operational and business targets.
  • You will lead and coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Customer Supply Chain, Quality, CI, SHE, Technical Services, and HR to ensure alignment on production goals, product quality, and workforce capability. 
  • A key part of your role is to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while managing risks and maintaining operational excellence.
  • You will monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency (OEE), waste reduction, and cost performance, and take necessary actions to address gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • You are expected to identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve equipment reliability, and enhance overall plant performance.
  • As a leader, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, strengthening leadership capability across supervisors and operators, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing unionized workforce.
  • Experience with dairy manufacturing operations. 
  • Location: San Pedro Plant, Philippine.
