The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the company's branding, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role develops high-quality digital and print materials, multimedia assets, and creative campaigns across various platforms while ensuring consistent brand identity. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technologically adept, and eager to explore new design trends and digital marketing tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital content creation, or a related creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, video editing, presentation design, and digital marketing materials.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut or similar video editing software, Google Workspace (including Google Slides), and Apple Keynote.
Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms, WordPress, Elementor, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, and branding principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to continuously learn emerging design technologies, digital marketing trends, and creative best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia content for digital platforms, social media, websites, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, banners, sales materials, and promotional assets.
Create engaging visual content that supports branding, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives.
Assist in updating website content, graphics, and landing pages to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
Design and develop email marketing materials using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling visual communications.
Present creative concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, AI-powered creative tools, website design practices, SEO fundamentals, and digital marketing innovations.
Ensure all creative outputs are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with project objectives and brand standards.
