Job Description
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and supporting people management decisions.
Manage and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
Serve as the primary liaison with local labor authorities, ensuring statutory compliance.
Contribute to the development and review of regional HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
Lead the implementation of HR processes in the Philippines, including performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, talent development, training, engagement surveys, and wellness initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment for both site and office roles.
Oversee payroll operations and monitor time and attendance systems to ensure accurate execution.
Support global workforce mobility (visas, work permits, relocations) in coordination with global mobility and local administration teams.
Provide HR insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Maintain accurate employee data in Workday (HCM system) and ensure timely delivery of HR reports.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention.
Support organizational change management and workforce planning.
The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
