Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and supporting people management decisions.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters in compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with local labor authorities, ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and review of regional HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
  • Lead the implementation of HR processes in the Philippines, including performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, talent development, training, engagement surveys, and wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment for both site and office roles.
  • Oversee payroll operations and monitor time and attendance systems to ensure accurate execution.
  • Support global workforce mobility (visas, work permits, relocations) in coordination with global mobility and local administration teams.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday (HCM system) and ensure timely delivery of HR reports.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Support organizational change management and workforce planning.

  • Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
