Job Description
- Lead culinary team at Foodparks by Raintree, a cutting-edge location in the Food & Beverages domain.
- Create innovative menu offerings, ensure top-notch quality and presentation of food.
- Oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory, and uphold health & safety standards.
- Collaborate with management on cost control and budgeting.
- Mentor and train kitchen staff, foster a culture of excellence and growth.
- Formal culinary training is preferred but not required.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role within a reputable establishment.
- Exceptional ability in kitchen operations management.
- Proficient in cost management and inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a team-oriented environment.
- Proven capability in restaurant management and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and reviewing performance
- Develop menu items, recipes, and ensure the quality of meals.
- Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas.
- Control food and labor costs while minimizing waste.
- Fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Includes extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Adaptability to various challenges and changes in the work environment.
- Attention to detail for both cooking and administrative responsibilities.
