Reporting to the Head of Growth for the Philippines, this is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are deeply committed to leading a high-performing sales team.
This role supports the company and APAC sales and growth strategy by contributing to key objectives, including achieving revenue targets through strong sales performance, maintaining pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting, growing the existing client portfolio, delivering target NPS survey scores, driving retention activities, and fostering strong employee engagement.
The role supports the head of growth and leads the team to deliver outstanding service to clients. It encourages strong client relationships by engaging in active daily business development.

What The Day Will Look Like
Growth and Business Results
- Accountable for supporting to execute the in-country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and focused on delivering business results and growth.
- Leads, manages, and executes the agreed growth plan against budget
- Supports the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
- Works with Head of Growth on succession planning on key clients and talent pipeline
- Stays on track and increase year on year growth vs budget ratio.
- Retains and grows Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts.
- Collaborates with Sales Team to introduce Aon’s products, services, and specialty expertise to create opportunities to grow the business.
- Continue to actively participate in the Delivering Aon United (DAU) initiative in identifying and developing business development opportunities either as a facilitator of DAU meetings or as a Business Development Manager for identified CRS accounts and opportunities.
- Provide full support to the CRS Team and the Strategic Account Management Team in winning new business and servicing won accounts thereafter
- Constantly identifies valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention
- Deals with insurance companies for any requirements of clients like rate negotiation, issuance of policies to support sales activities
Leadership
- Builds trusted relationships with the leadership of Commercial Risk Solutions that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
- Leverages on the strengths of the team, talent development, and address the gaps in proficiency.
- Assist teammates not only with their accounts but also with their careers, helping them grow personally and professionally
- Manages the performance of the team and ensures all goals are achieved.
- Ensures that service agreements are met and delivered to clients effectively and efficiently.
- Provides structure and direction to facilitate the completion of team objectives.
- Supports team to establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for their client service teams.

- Extensive working experience in general insurance and proven experience in broking.
- Experience in placement & account management of projects and operational assets.
- Can manage and motivate a team in achieving goals.
- Adapts well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship with clients, markets, colleagues and direct reports.
- Capable of keeping a well engaged team.
- Hard-working, fast learner, adapts well to the demands of the work and has excellent work etiquette.
