Your responsibilities

  • Supports the Medical Sales team in the review of all invoices & documents related to CME and other related activities in order to achieve full compliance to both internal and external policies.
  • Oversees the detailed review done by the Financial assistants of the Supplier invoices & receipts to check alignment with the following:
  • MJN policies & procedures
  • Accounting & Tax requirements
  • Standards of Business Conducts & Ethics
  • Coordinates with the CME assistants in the processing of sponsorship requests (SARF) that includes registration, accommodation, servicing, and transport requirements of the medical customers.
  • Ensures that CME activities & documents are consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Implementing Memo (IMs) & signed Contracts
  • Assigned as the Contract Monitor for the CME team and thus ensures that contracts are renewed and updated by the Contract Owner.
  • Assists Compliance & Analytics Manager in the regular compliance review & audit of all CMEs & Business Meetings.
  • Manages the Philippines Compliance Monitoring Tool
  • Leads in the tracking of Med Sales tactical activities thru Ereg and Veeva events ; monitors quarterly audits of District managers
  • Studies & recommends process improvement to ensure compliance with all Company Standards & Guidelines
  • Conducts policy and guidelines reinforcement to the Medical Sales Team
  • Oversees the Records Management and Retention of Contracts, SOPs ,IMs & other CME related documents, Conducts random audit of CME activities for compliance (Eg. e-Registration)

The experience were looking for

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • preferably 2 years experience in Financial audit
  • 2 years experience in records management
  • Proven experience in an ethics and compliance role within a corporate setting.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and investigative prowess.
  • Exceptional communicator, skilled in training and influencing across all organisational levels.
  • Independent in managing responsibilities while appreciating the value of teamwork.
