Job Description

• Provides dedicated and exceptional butler service for guests and VIPs, and facilitates refreshments and transfer arrangement.
• Coordinates with different departments regarding guests needs, such as guest stay requirements, laundry, pressing needs, and bookings.
• Prepares the set-up of welcome amenities, and assists with kitchen equipment.
  
  

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.
• In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
