Job Description

Lead and manage business transformation programs from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement strategies for business process improvement and change management.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems, including Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with business goals.
Design, document, and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Business Transformation Program Manager Should Have

Proven expertise in program management and business transformation.
Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems.
Excellent skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to design and optimize business processes effectively.
Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
