Alaska Milk Corporation is looking for a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our Creams Business, while also supporting the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for Alaska Classic & Creams. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand strategy, accelerating consumer engagement, and delivering strong market performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.

What We Ask
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG or related industries.

Vacancy Description
Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and key initiatives to drive business growth.
Lead innovation and renovation projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept development to market launch.
Manage the brands (A&P) budget, optimizing spend and ensuring strong return on investment.Monitor and analyze brand performance, consumer insights, and market trends, providing strategic recommendations and identifying opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver key projects and achieve business targets.
Work closely with creative, media, and research agencies to develop compelling, insight-driven communication and brand-building campaigns.
Support strategic initiatives and communication programs across assigned product portfolios, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Prepare and deliver brand performance reports, post-campaign evaluations, and business reviews to guide decision-making.
