Brand Director

BGC, Taguig | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Morning shift

Responsible for the overall commercial, marketing, category, operational, and financial performance of multiple brands. This role leads brand and operations teams to drive growth, profitability, and consistent execution.

This is a client-facing position responsible for contract management, commercial negotiations, and long-term partnership development with brand partners. The role also owns performance analysis, issue resolution, and the preparation and presentation of business proposals and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial, category, or brand management
• Proven experience managing multiple brands
• Strong background working with digital commerce platforms
• Demonstrated negotiation, financial management, and data analytics skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
