• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner, reflecting the company culture of Making Fine Group.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages adhering to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Process orders and payments, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and industry trends.
• Contribute to team efforts, providing support during peak hours in our fast-paced Food & Beverages environment.
• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience Level: Seeking individuals with less than 1 year of experience, but with a passion for the coffee industry.
• Skills and Competencies: Must have strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
