Job Description

Manage and oversee multi site clinic operations within the organisation.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance, addressing areas for improvement.
Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and process innovation.
Provide leadership and guidance to departmental teams.
Prepare and manage budgets to align with organisational objectives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree
Experienced in managing multi site retail or clinic operations
Years of progressive management experience
Has led teams and has proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and execute growth plans
Supports the General Manager in shaping and executing business plans
Comfortable making decisions and solving complex business challenges
Willing to work Mondays to Fridays, and half day on Saturdays
