Job Description

The Teach for the Philippines (TFP) Fellowship Program is a two-year leadership development opportunity where youll work alongside a public school and its local community – teaching, leading programs, and strengthening local education systems for lasting change.


This is your chance to grow as an education advocate and build meaningful connections while creating real impact where it matters most.


What Youll Do:

  • Teach literacy, numeracy, and life skills through TFPs Tara, Kaya! Program, and teach DepEd subjects as assigned by the School Head
  • Co-design and implement capacity-building programs for early childhood development workers, parents (Gabays), and ALS learners
  • Engage public and private stakeholders to support learners in the community
  • Participate in personal and professional development programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Filipino Citizenship
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Competent English and Filipino Skills
  • Leadership and/or Organizational Experience
  • Willingness to be deployed in a public school community anywhere in the Philippines for two years
  • Motivation to understand the workings of the Philippine education system at the classroom and local community levels
