Talent Acquisition Specialist Contract Based

Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the APAC labor market, excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting for a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.
  
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Experience recruiting within the APAC market; experience in BPO, technology, or corporate roles is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including ADP.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  
• Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-volume hiring.
  
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
  
• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
