Overview

The Talent Acquisition Admin and Sourcing is responsible for supporting the recruiting cycle and managing administrative functions in a fast-paced work environment. This role involves coordinating recruitment processes, scheduling, and maintaining communication with candidates. The position also supports sourcing activities, manages candidate flow, and assists with onboarding procedures.

Work Schedule: Night shift (9pm to 6am PH time) 

Work Set up: Onsite in our Makati office
