T-HUB Business Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Market Partnership: Represent the T-Hub to business/market stakeholders and translate supply chain needs into transportation strategies and actions.
• Transportation Performance: Conduct weekly reviews of provider performance, route-guide effectiveness, failed tenders, and forward-looking demand vs. available capacity.
• Issue Escalation & Resolution: Support service and capacity teams on exceptional transportation issues, including securing coverage when normal arrangements are insufficient.
• Provider Management: Maintain relationships with transportation providers, address concerns, reinforce standard practices, and drive improvement actions.
• Contingency Planning: Develop strategies and end-to-end partnerships to manage short-term transportation demand spikes and exceptional logistics scenarios.
• Cost & Service Strategy: Recommend and implement transportation approaches that balance T-Hub cost/service objectives with broader market supply chain strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in transportation planning and/or execution.
• Strong hands-on/frontline transportation expertise rather than purely strategic supply chain experience.
• Exposure to multiple areas of supply chain, with the ability to connect transportation decisions to broader business needs.
• Strong stakeholder and provider management skills, particularly around escalations, capacity constraints, service performance, and contingency planning.
