  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during project delivery and implementation.
  • Review and update drawings throughout project development to reflect design changes and site conditions.
  • Support project teams with design presentations, reports, and space planning analysis.
  • Maintain accurate project records, drawing registers, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting, space planning, workplace planning, test-fit development, or related design fields.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of space planning principles, spatial relationships, scale, ergonomics, and circulation requirements.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, accessibility requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Experience preparing 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and basic construction documentation.
  • Strong visualisation and presentation skills, including the preparation of 3D models and design presentations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
