Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Investigate and resolve production incidents and application defects

● Maintain and enhance Sitefinity widgets, modules and integrations

● Support Sitefinity patching, upgrades and security fixes

● Troubleshoot .NET, IIS, APIs, databases and application performance

● Perform RCA for major incidents

● Support releases, deployments and rollback activities

● Work with QA and DevOps during testing and deployment

● Maintain technical documentation and runbooks

● Participate in sprint planning, estimation and technical reviews

Requirements

Requirements:

● Strong C# / .NET / ASP.NET experience

● Hands-on Progress Sitefinity experience

● ASP.NET MVC / .NET Framework / modern .NET

● IIS, REST APIs and SQL Server ● Git and CI/CD

● Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills

Preferred

● Sitefinity 8.x and 13+

● Multi-site or headless Sitefinity

● Azure DevOps / AWS / Azure ● Redis, monitoring tools and automated testing

● AMS or enterprise production-support experience

Experience

● 5+ years .NET development

● 2+ years Sitefinity experience preferred
