Senior Analyst Demand Planning

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be entrusted to develop and maintain professional relationships with local and remote supply chain planning partners. You will be responsible for making decisions that impact the demand plan and communicating those decisions to stakeholders such as the General Manager, Sales Director, and Marketing Director. Your role will include contributing to special projects and other supply chain and business strategy initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably economics, supply chain management, engineering or related business field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Supply Chain or Business experience, or appropriate FMCG Sales / Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing experience with strong sense of numbers.
• Minimum of five years of demonstrated results and working in a team-based, cross functional environment, preferably experienced with the standard S&OP processes
• Minimum of 3-4years of hands-on experience in demand planning and simulation systems or tools (SAP APO DP, Demantra or equivalent)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Experience working in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Industry
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)

Job Requirements:

• Permanent, full-time employment

• Onsite work setup (M-F); 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)

• This role is not eligible for relocation
