Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Digital Solutions Manager, your main performance indicator is to drive revenue growth by developing and selling innovative digital advertising and media solutions to clients. You will identify client needs, create tailored digital strategies, and build strong client relationships. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service that aligns with the client’s business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Role Structure: This is an individual-contributor role and does not involve direct people management. The Digital Solutions Manager is positioned one level above the Digital Solutions Executive and is expected to handle a higher level of vendor sales, advertising sales, and agency-related responsibilities

The Digital Solutions Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Client Engagement: Identify and contact potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for digital advertising needs.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital advertising solutions that meet each clients unique needs. Such as but not limited to; display advertising, influencer and affiliate marketing, content marketing, paid media and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strategic Planning: You are encouraged to help plan and implement comprehensive sales strategies together with the Account Director and/or Head of Sales, that align with the companys goals and market opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and create plans to capture them.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and competitor activities to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company’s digital solutions offerings. Participate in pitching and presenting to potential clients.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on digital campaign performance. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness, in partnership with the Business Operations team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Operations (Strategy, Ad Operations, Creatives, Business Development, and account management teams) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Use Apollo for lead-generation activities and GMass for mass email outreach. Training will be provided for these tools, as well as the company’s other internal systems.
• Client Communications: Review and respond to incoming client campaign briefs and ongoing client communications through email and Viber.
• Internal Coordination & Documentation: Use Google Chat for internal coordination and Basecamp to document and monitor requests submitted to other departments.
• Campaign Issue Resolution: Work with internal teams to address client-related matters that may arise during campaign execution, particularly concerns involving client relationships, commercial matters, or changes that may affect contract pricing.
• Client Feedback & Win-Loss Analysis: Provide client feedback and win-loss insights to support improvements to the company’s products and offerings.
• Training & Development: Continuously improve your knowledge of digital advertising and media sales through training and professional development opportunities.
• Team Support: Potentially mentor new hires of digital solutions executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Achieve revenue and profit targets and proposal win rate to meet monthly KPIs.
• Reach sales activity targets by acquiring new business from clients.
• Demonstrate expertise in all of the company’s products and services through product knowledge.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, programmatic, influencer and content marketing, and search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agency-side or vendor experience is required for this position.
• Candidates with experience in both agency and direct-brand environments are an advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in digital marketing, media, creative agency, or any related field is a plus.
• Experience in client relationships and account management
• Experience in key account management or leadership roles is a plus.
• Preferred home address within Metro Manila
• Experience with media agencies, creative agencies, or performance/data agencies is preferred.
• Strong digital awareness and familiarity with the online environment are preferred, given the nature of the products and solutions being sold.
