The SDRs responsibility is to get the right people on the phone, spark genuine interest, and hand off warm opportunities to our account team.

About the Role

The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. Our Sales Development Representatives play a key role in connecting global technology brands with our highly engaged audience of IT decision-makers and tech professionals. The Sales Development Representatives responsibility is to get the right people on the phone, spark genuine interest, and hand off warm opportunities to our account team.

What Youll Do..

• Book qualified discovery meetings between prospective clients and the sales team through outbound prospecting.
• Execute outbound calls and emails targeting technology companies worldwide to generate pipeline.
• Research and confirm prospect details for companies interested in our advertising and marketing solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records in our CRM.
• Handle initial prospect questions about our products and services professionally and knowledgeably.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, ideally within B2B, media, or technology sales.
• Strong background in outbound calling with a proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient or experienced with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
• Amenable to a shifting schedule covering APAC, EMEA, and US time zones.
• Available to start immediately.
• Must be willing to work 100% on-site in our Makati Office.
