Job Description

The Institutional Banking Group (IBG) focuses on providing financial services to large corporations and medium-sized enterprises. Within IBG is International Desks (I Desks) which is a specialized team within the bank catering to locally-operating subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies.  The main product offering of I Desks is cash management solutions designed to support collection and disbursement needs of clients. IDesks delivers tailored financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of its clients, helping them efficiently conduct their day-to-day operations and meet longer strategic objectives. The Relationship Manager Assistant (RMA) for Institutional Banking Group / I Desks serves a crucial function in providing support in processing bank transactions, report generation, and sales/ account information management. RMAs partner with the banks Relationship Managers to build long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships with corporate clients. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitors receipt and proper disposition of interest and principal payments by servicing units to avoid technical / actual past due
  2. Assists Relationship Managers in ensuring that regular transaction details are facilitated properly, gathering data/ documents from borrowers and other support units for the establishment and renewal of credit facilities
  3. Assists in updating budget and account monitoring reports
  4. Coordinates with client requests for and timely submission of documentary and compliance requirements.
  5. Attends to the accounts in the absence of Relationship Manager, under direct guidance of the Team Head
  6. May handle simple accounts on their own as training for possible career path to Relationship Manager
  7. Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time according to the established productivity and services quality

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree graduate preferably in Accounting or Business Management
  2. Experience in banking operations is a plusProficient critical/ analytical skills
  3. Strong communicator with the ability to network and build strong, solid relationships
  4. Ability to interface effectively and independently with personalities (internally and externally)
  5. High level Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  6. Fresh graduates with good distinction are welcome to apply
