Recruitment Admin Associate

Job Summary
The Recruitment Admin Associate provides basic administrative and coordination support to the Recruitment team. This role focuses on executing routine tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring 
smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to basic inquiries (Freshdesk, social media messages, comments) 
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings 
• Provide JazzHR access to interviewers as requested 
• Perform data entry and updates in trackers and ATS 
• Support job postings (Indeed manual posting, resume uploads) 
• Monitor and encode JobStreet budget tracking 
• Assist in employee referral endorsements to HR 
• Upload documents to systems (ATS/SharePoint) 
• Help in job fair inventory tracking and logistics 
• Take and send Minutes of Meeting 
• Assist with EOD reports and basic report preparation 
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned 

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field 
• 0–1 year experience in admin or recruitment support 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools 
• Good communication and organizational skills
