Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and implementation of CCM services and products. This role ensures that CCM solutions are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager acts as a key liaison between product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement in CCM delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CCM-related projects and initiatives.
  • Define project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Monitor progress and resolve delivery issues to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding CCM project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business units.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all parties.

• Risk and Issue Management
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for project status, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
