Job Description

Job Mandate: Processing of investments, asset transfer orders and inter-portfolio transfer orders.

Responsibilities:

Processing of investments orders (buy, sell, maturities, pretermination).

Encodes/Approves investments orders.
Reviews compliance to investments orders processing requirements.

Processing of asset transfer (incoming/outgoing).

Encodes/Approves asset transfer orders.
Reviews compliance to asset transfer order processing requirements.

Processing of inter-portfolio transfer.

Encodes/Approves inter-portfolio transfer orders.
Reviews compliance to inter-portfolio transfer order processing requirements.

Others

Prepares and Liaises with internal/external parties/examination/inquiries (ie Audit, Compliance, Regulatory).
Monitor compliance to policies/guidelines/directives.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
3-5 years work experience in Trust, Wealth, Banking or any Financial Institution is an advantage
