The Operational Resilience Officer is responsible for providing assistance to the ORRMU Head and BCP Team Head in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Operational Resilience (OR) Framework and Strategy by coordinating OR activities across various Business and Support Units (BSUs) such as, but not limited to, assessment of the end-to-end activities of critical operations and the extent of their exposure to disruptions, periodic review of the internal control environment for critical operations, and management of risks exposures to ensure the Bank remains within its established tolerance for disruption.
