What you´ll do

• Coordinate end-to-end product launch and relaunch activities for the Henkel Professional LATAM business, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration and timely completion of project deliverables.
• Manage and maintain project information in Henkels project management and workflow systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and visibility across stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, track milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively follow up on outstanding actions to keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate artwork approval processes, ensuring all requirements are completed within established deadlines.
• Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, document action items, and escalate issues that may impact launch timelines or project success.
• Support multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, process compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What makes you a good fit 

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, product launch/commercialization, account management, creative operations, or similar coordination-focused roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with proven experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated experience using project management, workflow tracking, or coordination tools to manage timelines, deliverables, and project progress.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project tracking, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting marketing, brand management, product launches, FMCG, consumer goods, agency operations, commercialization initiatives, or regional/global teams is highly preferred.
• Amenable to working a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time) and a hybrid work arrangement in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
