Leads and owns Philippines’ Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence agenda across all categories and channels, with accountability for overall sales strategy, commercial excellence, and thought leadership; Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy, channel effectiveness, and execution; retail category growth strategy, in-store execution, and Perfect Store standards; commercial analytics, sales technology, performance management, and insights; trade spend effectiveness and commercial governance; and cross-functional demand and supply collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related
• Minimum 10 years of solid field sales experience, in both Modern & General Trade
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic commercial leader, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional business transformation.
• Extensive customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into commercial strategy and action.
• Strong experience leading Route-to-Market, Category Management, and commercial excellence initiatives across multiple channels.
• Expertise in distribution management strategy, channel design, and sales effectiveness.
• Strong people leadership and commitment to developing high-performing teams and organizational capability.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying sales capability development programs and driving sustainable adoption.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to convert complex data into clear business insights and decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively across functions, countries, and regional stakeholders.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Proven track record of consistently delivering business objectives and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of channel Go-To-Market principles, economics, and structures across Super/Hyper Markets, Wholesale, Distributor, Club, and other relevant channels.
• Working knowledge of syndicated and commercial data sources and relevant business processes
• Trade Marketing / Customer Marketing experience is preferred, particularly where it includes category strategy, shopper insights, and commercial investment effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Permanent, full-time employment

• Onsite work setup (M-F); 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week)

• This role is not eligible for relocation

• Ability to travel domestically when required
