Our Operations team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Loans Service Delivery QA and Reconciliation Associate.

In this role, you will conduct quality assurance reviews across the Bank's consumer lending products, including Auto Loans, Mortgage Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Salary Loans, and ROPA, to ensure compliance with bank policies, standard procedures, regulatory requirements, and approved turnaround times. You will identify, assess, and escalate operational, compliance, and reputational risks through the review of loan records and documents, while supporting risk mitigation initiatives and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of lending processes.

What the role will entail

• Review and validate loan applications, supporting documents, collateral records, and customer information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with KYC and lending requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews across consumer lending products, ensuring adherence to the Bank's policies, credit guidelines, delegation of authority, maker-checker controls, and prescribed turnaround times.
• Extract and analyze reports, account records, and loan files to identify discrepancies, control exceptions, process deviations, and potential risk exposures.
• Coordinate with business units to clarify findings, escalate issues, and support the timely correction and regularization of documentation and process gaps.
• Prepare and submit QA checklists, validation results, and review reports within established service-level and turnaround-time standards.
• Help strengthen operational compliance and risk management by delivering accurate quality assurance reviews and supporting initiatives that mitigate audit, regulatory, and reputational risks.

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation review skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive in identifying issues, resolving discrepancies, and driving process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
