Junior Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Tester to join our team. In this role, you will support the quality assurance process by executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that software applications meet defined requirements. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of manual test cases to validate system functionality and performance
• Document test results, defects, and issues clearly and accurately
• Support the creation and maintenance of test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Collaborate with senior testers and developers to understand requirements and reproduce issues
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training activities
• Learn and apply software testing tools, processes, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in software testing or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., test management or bug tracking tools) is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
