Hotel Technician

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Hotel Technician who will be responsible in maintaining high standards of facility operations and guest satisfaction. In this role, He/She will ensure that all hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas are kept in excellent working condition through regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the flexibility to respond to maintenance emergencies when needed.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical system issues.
• Respond efficiently to guest room and property maintenance requests.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Support hotel operations by collaborating with team members and contractors on repair and improvement projects 

General Requirements

• Technical Certification or Relevant Education. Has a Training about Electrical or Mechanical course
• Minimum 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience
• Strong Knowledge of Building Systems. Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, fire protection, and preventive maintenance systems
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Repair Skills. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest comfort
• Has a Guest Service Orientation
