Job Title: Head of Product
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

• Drive product strategy and roadmap across our key offerings, including Checkout, Paybiz, and FinSuite.
• Own product-driven revenue impact through monetization, transaction volume, and product adoption.
• Oversee platform evolution, including APIs, payment orchestration, scalability, and reliability.
• Balance business growth with fraud, risk, and regulatory requirements, including BSP compliance.
• Help build and shape the product organization and develop a strong product leadership structure.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into scalable product strategies.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Product Management, with strong exposure to fintech.
• Proven experience in payments, wallets, lending, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience working with or exposure to acquiring/issuing banks, card schemes, or alternative payment methods.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and business outcomes—not just roadmap execution.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience connecting product decisions to revenue, growth, and customer adoption.
• Strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative leadership style.
• Ideally at the level of Product Director, Lead Product Manager, or an equivalent senior product leadership role.
