Position Title: Head, Fraud Detection and Prevention for Secured Portfolio and Credit Card E-Channel Job Summary: The position is primarily responsible in managing the credit cards fraud in e-channel, particularly for Metrobank App (MBOA) and Metrobank Online (MBO). The scope of the responsibility includes alignment of all KPIs and controls covering fraud risk for cards, personal loans, auto and home loan. In addition, he will handle the performance monitoring and optimization of various tools such as Falcon, Intuition and the new loan origination system. Qualifications: Other Details:
