Job Description

The Data Governance Associate is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company's data governance practices. He/She ensure that company data is accurate, secure, compliant, and consistently defined across systems and business units. He/She supports the development and enforcement of data policies data quality standards, metadata documentation and governance processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures
2. Monitor and improve data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) across business datasets
3. Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and lineage for key data domains
4. Coordinate with business units on data issues and resolutions
5. Identifiy opportunities to streamline data processes and improve governance efficiency
6. Manage and monitor data access across the organization
7. Support in managing the data warehouse
