Principal Duties & Responsibilities

etaily is seeking a passionate Commercial Intern to embark on an exciting journey with our dynamic team. Our internship program offers students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the startup experience, working on diverse projects across various teams and fostering professional growth.

As a Commercial Intern, you will dive into the ever-evolving world of e-commerce, collaborating closely with our team to ensure our commercial success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Job Order Creation

  • Create internal job orders for new product uploads, asset creation, and chat broadcasts.
  • Manage and organize internal job orders for chat broadcasts on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.

• Data Gathering

  • Assist in preparing Commercial Reports, including Business Reviews, Weekly Performance Alignment, and Stock Reports.
  • Extract and analyze Commercial KPIs such as sales, traffic, orders, and units sold.
  • Conduct competitor analysis during campaigns by capturing screenshots of competitor stores on e-commerce platforms and comparing deals.

• Data Entry

  • Enter metrics into report templates accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including product descriptions and image renaming for new product listings.

• KPI Monitoring

  • Monitor brand performance metrics, including sales, front-end performance, and stock levels.
  • Keep track of the status of internal job orders and collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Marketing, Business Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
